Watmon Mike Kinyera, Chief Executive Officer, is an MBA (Marketing) fellow from Uganda Martyrs University (Nkozi). Mike an affable character is passionate about strategy and management studies.


His enthusiasm is infectious and his temperament and demeanour even in the face of huge challenges and tight client deadlines helps our team benefit from a “we can do it mentality.”


Mike worked in the product development department of Centenary bank and it was here that he provided support to the business development arm of the bank and relationship with strategic partners for product development. Here he garnered much valued experience in finance and microcredit. He is a competent researcher and has a keen interest in the finance sector. Mike is the lead trainer for Dialogue Consults and has recently been engaged on a private basis totrain for the International Finance Corporation; the finance arm of the World Bank.
When he is not sorting out client issues Mike is an ardent archer and a level one coach with the Uganda Archers Federation.

 

Paul Christopher Olok, Chief Operations Officer, is an MBA (Finance & Banking) with over 18 years of experience and has specialized in business development with many organizations and institutions. He also holds a Diploma In Business planning acquired from Accenture Business school (UK). His strengths are centered around business development/planning, systems integration, strategic interventions, mergers and acquisitions.


He has worked in Rwanda, Somalia, Ethiopia and the Carribean working mainly on business turnaround projects, Strategic assistance and SME development. He has been a key resource in developing projects with the US Government (USADF) in Uganda in promoting more than 50 SME’s and in the process securing funding from the US Congress and guiding them into being viable and sustainable institutions.


Paul is an avid sportsman, plays football, cricket, tennis, Rugby and is a certified swimming coach with the Uganda Swimming federation and an accomplished Guitar and bass player.


Roger Okello, Head Of IT is a consummate Information Technology profession. He has acquired over 6 years experience and is passionate on the development of software from scratch. He is conversant in a number of programming languages including: c, c#, PHP, Python (Still perfecting), SQL, JavaScript(JQuery), HTML (5), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Bourne again Shell scripts.- which a tech savvy person will confirm are the langauges a good developer needs to know.
